  • Complete a market review of the pay and benefits for executives and board members
  • Introduce or redesign bonus plan(s)
  • Share plan design, benchmarking, implementation, administration and governance, plan regulations
  • Design pay and benefits governance policies, practices, guidelines, and documents
  • Engage with Board and Remuneration Committees for executive, and board director remuneration
  • Design and deliver severance, retirement, or change of control reward solutions
  • Design pay structures , job levelling and promotion policies
  • Prepare reward policies and processes for becoming publicly traded
